Screen not working

Solution

There are five common reasons why your screen is not working properly. Please check which of these applies to you.

Screen is completely black

Problem: Nothing is showing on the screen not even the brand logo.

Solutions

  1. Check the TV is turned on at the mains and that the power cable to the TV is correctly inserted.
  2. Using the remote control for the TV ensure the TV is not in standby mode.

Screen is displaying the TV logo or the words "No Signal" is displayed

Problem: The screen is on but no content is being displayed or there is a no signal message.

Solutions

  1. Using the TV remote control ensure the source/input is set to HDMI
  2. Ensure that the micro computer (screen control unit) is turned on.
  3. Ensure the HDMI cable is securely inserted (don't wiggle it rather pull it out and re-insert it firmly)
